Data Retention Policy

In accordance with international data protection standards

1. Retention Periods

  • Registration data:5 years after account closure (regulatory requirement)
  • Trading history: 7 years7 years
  • KYC documents:5 years after last contact
  • Access and audit logs:3 years
  • Marketing data:until consent is revoked
  • Cookies and analytics:maximum 12 months

2. Purpose of Retention

Data is retained exclusively for: compliance with legal/regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance auditing.

3. Data Subject Rights

The client may request, in accordance with the data protection laws applicable to their jurisdiction: access, correction, deletion (when legally possible), portability, and consent revocation. Requests within 15 days via privacy@thermomarkets.com.privacy@thermomarkets.com.

4. Secure Disposal

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from all systems and backups, using secure destruction methods.
