1. Disclosure

Thermo Markets, being incorporated in the Seychelles, is not currently a member of an investor compensation fund. This means that, in the event of the broker's insolvency, client funds may not be protected by a compensation scheme.

2. Alternative Protections

• Segregated accounts:client funds are kept separate from operational funds
• Negative Balance Protection:your risk is limited to the deposited balance
• Transparency policy:financial reports available upon request
